Help.
I build a shed foundation of 3/4 inch crushed stone.
To keep it all in i built a corral of 2 x 8 supported by concrete block.
when the shed was delivered, the form broke and some of the rock is starting to slide.

How should I fix?

Ed

Hi Ed, welcome here A shed (and every building) needs a firm foundation. How did you come up with broken stones? I might sound pessimistic but in my view these stones will always keep moving. I would have the shed removed, take the gravel away and replace the shed on firm foundation like wood or beton....

Hey Jeffiie,
Manufacturer recommended the crushed stone.
It really is the best for good drainage in my area too.

Well then, the manufacturer obviously knows better than me. Still, if he recommended this I think you should approach him with this problem since I think something like this was foreseeable (at least when using logic)

ideally you should excavate 4"-8", install a french drain system to allow water runoff and back fill with the crushed rock...a simple fix for this problem would be to create a new retaining wall by excavating for a base and again use a french drain system
