Had a problem where the top load of dishes wouldnt come clean. Checked filters, ran dish washer with door open and was getting spray then I found the plastic pipe from the water supply at the bottom loose so I pushed it down and walla we have clean dishes again. It has now become a routine before running the dishwasher to push the pipe back down but is a real pain considering the washer is only one year old. I have tried to contact Siemens about this and it's been friggin impossible, anyone else have this problem or have a suggestion to keep the pipe secure since warranty on Siemens is non existent.

dogonfr I think this is more a problem of getting the company aware of the problem you are facing than anything else.

did you try taking it 'up' to management at siemens?

No I have been too lazy to spend a day on the phone acting like a disgruntled customer. I have made a few calls and sent emails with no success, I'm spoiled in a sense because I have been in CS since '79, dealing with companies like Siemens lets me know one thing they dont really care about the customer. My Waste King disposer failed after 11 months all it took was a email and the new model one was at my door step in a week, now thats CS!!
No such thing as Siemens service

Siemens Appliance service is not available in the USA. Their website appears to have phone numbers and links to service, but it's all fake. Today (December 3 2009) the website trail led to a page asking for passwords. The 800 number has a menu system. If you choose the one asking to schedule a service call you get music for 10 minutes, then a few minutes of silence, then it hangs up. Works every time.
