Last week i put my 1998 Rodeo in the shop. I had the starter and the gasket cap replace on my suv. Before i use to take the hammer to hit the starter. Gasket cap was leaking oil. When i got it home it started smoke undder the hood. When i called the autoshop they respond by saying its not a big deal and it will go away couple of days. Its going to be a week since this happen and my truck has never smoke this way before and never lost so oil. Anyone has idea what would cause this problem?

Heckknight, welcome to the forum I am happy you joined us.

Get that car back to the shop- they are leading you on. They should have fixed the problem without creating another problem. For the money you paid you should have received a car that works properly.
