Hi I have a problem, my son pressed the flash focus on my tv and now the picture is all out of color. Its like the red and green colors dont match up and we have two different pictures I guess is how I can explain it. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

what has happened is when you hit the magic focus it goes back to the original setting for convergence
or the last saved adjust meant in memory.you can go into the customer menu and adjust the red and blue so they go on top of the green to make white as best you can hope this helps
