My Sony DCR-HC32 just stopped working. One morning it worked and later that day -- nothing. Removed the battery and attached AC adapter - no change. No power light or LCD screen. Checked voltage on AC adapter and it was the rated 8.4 volts. Tried the reset button with no results. Put camcorder in charging cradle with AC adapter attached to cradle and battery in camera. No charge light comes on.
