Newbie here saying hi to everyone.

My ever faithful Sony DCR-TRV240 Digital Handycam suddenly stop ejecting the tape. It is now stuck in the open position, (the tape magazine is not opening or retracting). Is there an easy fix for this? If no, is it worth repairing?

Hello Free2bFree welcome to the forum I hope you will like it here.

I think perhaps it is best to contact Sony, click here please.. directly on this since I have heard many complaints about the same problem and I think they might have found an answer to it perhaps.
