I have a Sony kp-41t65 projection tv . I replaced the flyback transformer and the c514 cap because they were burned. The tv turns on now but the convergence lines blue, red, and green are not lined up. I try to line them up but the green does not have any adjustment.

pin cousion and convergance come from same circuit you either have another cap or resistor out of value.also on this unit check solder on convergance board look for solder bridges were you replaced parts i have done that mistake over 31years of tv appliance repair retired know.where board inter connect either by plugs or inter locking for poor connection your on right track good luck
