KP-46WT510 "D" board: Dangerous V?

If one is planning to do the IC swap on the "D" board of a Sony KP-46WT510, are there any dangerous voltages present on the board itself? (in a power-off, unplugged state, of course!)

There looks to be a high-tension lead going to some sort of coil on the left-rear of the board, is this one hazardous? (also, I assume that this is the one gives some people grief, as it hard to remove?)

Thanks!

once the t.v. has been unplugged for a while there should be any voltages that will hurt or zap you. you need to have good soldering skills and make sure you dont remove any surface mount resistors or caps next to the convergence i.c.s
