Hi all,

I'm a newby, just registered. My name is Jim, and I live in Las Vegas, NV. I've got a problem with my Sony KP61XBR200 rear projection TV. It was a gift from my next door neighbor, who just bought a new set. It didn't come with a remote. When I hit the power button on the set, the sound comes on and the timer/standby light starts blinking, 7 blinks, over and over, no picture. Sometimes, the picture does come on and when it does, just a few blinks and then a perfect picture. Watched it last night for hours till I went to bed, no problem. Turned it on today, blinking and no picture. Anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Help!!

Hello Jim, welcome to the forum

May I suggest you have a look at the tips section first?
