So far this can be a power supply failure on the main B to the scan amplifiers, and or the horizontal output or vertical output stages has a failure of one or more components.
Without references of power supply output voltages, scan supply voltages, and scan drive waveforms, a simple diagnostics is very speculative. Even then, without a hands on, and directly working on the unit, it is hard to guess a cause over an email.
If you are not properlly mortally trained and seriously equipped, I would suggest you give the set out for an estimate. This will allow for an intelligent decision about petulantly servicing it.
