Does anyone know how to do the start of fuel delivery on a 1992 mercedes 300d turbo diesel?

Hello rod, welcome to the forum I am sorry English isn't my motherlanguage and thus to "do the start" I do not understand

If I install a new injection pump, I need to know which cylinder should start receiving fuel first. basically, the timing of the fuel cylcle.
