I need to bend a 5 foot long x9inch piece of marine grade plywood with approxiamately two 90 degree bends 3/4"thick plywood bends are 8"radius

terrapin welcome to the forum

I take it you know about using the steam box and the mold (you want your wood to mold into to get its bend)?

It is taken that it takes approx. 1 hour for each inch of thickness needed steaming.
