Ran like a top last year. This year not so good.
Got it started after cleaning the plug but it wouldn't keep running without choking. I blew out the gas line and blew out the carb and generally cleaned everything.
It then ran perfect...for about 7 cuts thru a 6 inch log and then it stoped suddenly. The chain moves freely and there's a good spark. I'd take it back apart but I'm not sure what I would do if I did. Any advice???

Hi Candostill, welcome to the forum

An airleak may cause that problem I have heard (but never having had to repair one myself I must point out that I am not 100% sure of this)

Do you mean an air leak in the gas line?
