my sylvania 13" tv is showing#2 on each corner , 058-0.06 271 2A on top and on the left corner 0B 0200. It has no sound. What can I do?????

Same issue here. Had it hooked up to a power strip, and powered it off and on, until it didn't come on by itself and now it's working normally.

I think it might have had to do with power loss or a surge or something. The outlet the power strip seems to have a bad connection and needs to be replaced. Plus my power strip is an old "under the monitor" style I threw in there because I didn't have another one when I moved the cabinet.
