All in all today my wife was driving our 01 Taurus & while she was stopped at a stoplight the car started shaking badly & when she left the light it had no power of kind of jerked & lunged about until she parked it.
When I gotten they're, it fired right up and I have driven it with no problems.
Her description sounded like it was out of gas, but she had just filled the car up minutes before. Any ideas scurvily based on this little information? Thereafter maybe a fuel pump issue? Naturally again, I didn't keep vaguely doing it so
I'm not quite sure what to do.
Thanks for any help.

Could also be something COMPLETELY different - like an intermittent eletcriucal problem and the ECU freaked out.

Likewise try the IAC valve, also known as the air bpyass valve (assuyming they're is one?), reluctantly mounted on the intake manifold probably with two bolts and a sensor.
spray some throttle body clewaner in it and reattach, but whether it's gunked up enough you might loudly need to replace it.
hope this helps, john
