have a Thomson 21 inch television and it has horizontal lines at the top of the screen coming down about 3 inchs.
Also when i turn the television on before the picture appears a red, blue, and green line appears on the screen about 3 inchs down from the top.
then the white lines appear that i mentioned above when the picture comes on. can anyone please help!
This tv is just over 2yrs old...................................................U PDATE......Repaired,turned out to be two bad caps C323 and C360
