I realized my toilet was constantly running so I replaced both the flush valve and the fill valve just to make sure. Now when the toilet fills and I flush, water also pours out where the tank and the bowl meet (it pours of towards the bowl. I double checked the seal where the flush valve is. Thanks for any help.

Greetings joapepchi welcome to the Forum.

There's a conical shaped round "gasket" at the intersection of the Tank and Bottom/bowl.

In your activity in replacing the Filler and Flush valves, you probably rocked the tank back and forth, compressing the donut gasket.

There are two bolts that tighten the tank down to the bowl, you could try tightening them.
But, that gasket is not hard to replace, it's probably old and just got crushed.

Have a good Day !
