Hi All,

Please can you advise how to open windows on my Toshiba Laptop.

2 days ago I was using my laptop to view my hotmail account. Across the screen said 'hybanating' and then turned off.

I charged it for 2 days and I can not get in again. When I turn it on, it appears to be loading up and then a messages appears and the system becomes stuck.

The message reads:
The sytem could not be restarted from it's previous location due to a read failure. Delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu.

Please help!

Hi Candy Rain, it may be that the problem lies with the Windows power saving modes in that they are
not compatible with the hardware of your computer.

You could go to the microsoft site and learn how to solve this step by step by reading
