I could sure use some assistance from some of you tv repair types....I have been out of the business for a few years now. My mother has a Toshiba TV, model # 24af42 that has lines in the top of the picture and foldover. I have been all thru the vertical circuit, checked as many caps as I could find and even replace the vertical Ic...but I have not found the problem yet....Help Help Help.

I forgot to mention that the chassis for this set is M3L32...I hope this will help you help me with this problem.
