I have created a small utility space in my back room but I am now concerned that there may not be enough space for both of my appliances to sit side by side. Does anyone know if there is a required amount of space that needs to be left around washing machines and tumble dryers, or if its OK to have them sitting flush next to each other?

Thanks

Greetings WNDIY welcome to the Forum.

Putting them flush next to each other is a pretty common practice. Works for me!
