ViewSonic VA912b light blinking and system won't boot. When I shut down tower and restart machine it shows Big Blue Dell logo and starts the blinking routine again. Eventually after pushing monitor buttons and rebooting it finally "takes". Any ideas how to fix or what is wrong?

Hmm the fact that the Dell logo shows up is good. You may want to clean/reseat the ram in your pc. Once you've removed the memory take an eraser and clean the gold contacts and then simply re-instert. The ViewSonic light blinking sounds like a powersave mode. Give this a try and keep us posted.
