Hi! The windshield wiper arm on my Volvo wagon won't go up all the way. It's only on the drivers side. The other one is fine. The motor seems fine and there is nothing obstructing it.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Well, problem solved. Just need a nut tightened up. I was going by my mechanic's shop anyway so I stopped in and it only took about 3 minutes. I am leaving this in case anyone else runs into this problem
