I am told that I need to check the engine zincs in my MD1, since I run it in salt water. I have looked in the owners manual and workshop manual and see no reference to anodes or zincs. Does anyone know about these?

Tarna, I also have never heard this should be checked but to be on the safe side why don't you contact the manufacturer/builder who, I think, would know best?

HI
There are no zinc anodes on this engine unless someone has custom fitted one into the waterways.
