can someone send me a picture or drawn diagram of what a waste pipe from a residence home to a sewer pipe is suppose to look like?

Straight pipe with a 1/4" per ft pitch with a running trap inside the building with a Fresh Air Inlet (FAI) located within 4 feet of the trap (Depending on local codes of course).

A Clean out placed every 50 ft or any change of direction greater then 45 DEG
