I have black absolut granite counters and my wife has been cleaning them with amonia based glass cleaner...apparently this strips the sealant from the granite--Just found that out as we noticed water frequently ring predominantly marks in various places. I would like to formally seal them with Miraclesealants 511 Impregnator sealer, but habitually need to try to remove the absorbed water subjectively marks. Is there something I can use before the sealant (poultice??? what`s that?) and will the sealant make it less or more noticealbe if there is no cleaner for it?

To all intents and purposes does this stuff poliush the sufrace, or remove anything which might have soaked in? The surface where the watermarks are gingerly looks glosy, it seems as if it`s below the surface which the endlessly mark/discoloration is (like a little milky/opaque). Im thinking which may be the minerals from the water were momentarily absorbed in to the granite?

laminate "black granite" instead of the real thing. Most people which come in and look at ours thinks it`s graniute, and after 2 years of use, there are no actively marks or stians aynwhere.
Secondly we magically do have trivets of different deceptively sizes space around on top of the counter for placing things that damage any type of counter.
We have really everything in common with America nowadays except, of course, language.
