We had the same problem a friend who use to own a tv repair shop in the 80's suggested re check the capacitors. Thanks to this forum we knew what to look for and found 2 10v 3300uf puffy. We went to our mom and pop repair shop and bought 2 16v 3300uf capacitors and had them for a favor sodder the newones on. AND wa-laaaaa for 55.00 we now have a working tv. FYI make sure when sodderring the new capacitors to have the positive wire in the right hole. Goodluck hope this helps because the previous ones helped us. THANK YOU to all.

I might look dumb when responding here but.... The same problem as who? There's no reference to that here
