While driving home this morning (I drive a 2001 Kia Spectra GSX), my car began to shudder at a red light and the check engine light came on. As I accelerated, the car ran smoothly once I got above 2000 on the tach. But once I slowed for another light, it began to shudder again. Once I got home, I checked under the hood, and it sounds like I may be misfiring. Could a bad spark plug(s) be the casue? Or is it likely something else?
