Hi
for the passed couple of days my central air is not cooling. The fan is working, but its not cooling. Any idea what this could be?

Have you checked if the coils are frozen or if the filter is pluged (dirty)??

Also, if the pump isn't kicking on when the fans come on, no cooling will occur. The single most common point of failure is the start capacitor for the pump motor in the outside unit... Especially in the middle of the summer...

It's a $20 fix if you work safely, if not it's a ambulance right to the ER (best case) since a lot of units have dual 220v feeds. A repairman 'll charge like $250 for the same fix though.
