Hi h5n1 welcome to the forum

Could it be a fuse problem? Have you checked that?

I turned it on today without doing anything on it and was surprised that its working again, I watched two films before it turned itself off again.I activated the self diagnosis function and the display says:
DC PRT: 000 H
how do I correct this abnormal DC voltage output of the power amp?

Yes, that is the self-protecting mechanism. Now we just have to find out from what it is self protecting
I'm on it...
