Just moved into my first home. I've been spoiled living in an apt most my life and just ringing up the super to get things done.
Anyway, I was looking for like a month by month or season checklist for homeowners.
Like in the winter turn off the water leading outside, in the fall clean the gutters, etc. Because those two things are the only things I know right now...and that I have some kind of maintenance to do on the water heater...just not sure what.

Hello there, KStegs welcome to the forum. I hope you will find it fun

I'm not sure yet if I can, and it's not like I'm advertizing it, since I haven't read it myself (being an appartment owner) - but there seems to be a book around called "Year-Round House Care: A Seasonal Checklist for Basic Home Maintenance" by Graham Blackburn that could be an answer to your question.
